3. Describe your relationship with your parents.

Growing up I was a really good kid till about eleventh grade. I decided to give my parents a hard time and be a teenager. I didn't mature until after my car accident....

I think the hard times made our relationship stronger and what it is today. I respect my parents so much and think all the time about how ungrateful I was. Moving out really opened my eyes. Then having kids of my own and the time, energy and money is an even bigger wake up call. I can't ever thank my parents enough for what they've done for me.

My family really is my best friends especially my parents. I talk to at least one of them if not both once a day and if a few days go by. I get a phone call and the first words I hear are "Where have you been we haven't seen you in a while." Even though I do go over there every Sunday. Oh and lets not forget the classic voicemail from my dad. "Call Me" because seeing a missed call from him doesn't tell me that ;)

Hawaii Day 10

Our last day we slept in and packed everything up. We met the family out at the pool and played there and in the ocean. It was the only cloudy day and it did eventually rain a little. For dinner we went to a Sushi place that we found online that was recommended by locals. It was quite the hole in the wall. I thought the food was great and the rolls were so big!  The fish pond  hmmm This conclueds Hawaii! We flew 7 hours and I wore a BK crown and this little kid though I was weird till I gave it to him. It was nice to be tan for a while and so nice to see Pey when we got back she was standing up and holding on the couch and walking. Hope you enjoyed the pictures.  Until Maui 2013!

Janae's Birthday!

Waiting to be seated at Applebee's! Chris and Mike in deep thought about the menu :) After dinner we went to Habits. Mike took P and went home to play Call of Duty and let mama go out to play.  Kristen and I got our grove thang on with out our hubbies, but next time you bet your bottom they will be there!! I came home late and found these two, so cute!

Thankful Day 1

Today I am grateful that I got to wake up to this face. This is the first thing I saw this morning. She said "Dad let me borrow it." I knew it was the one he left up high for himself for later.  Peyton is extremely independent she likes things done her way. I wonder who she gets it from :)  She is so energetic the only time she holds still is to sleep. I'm lucky to call her mine and so thankful I can.
